Express Shipping

Express orders are prioritised for dispatch; however, next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed due to:

  • Weekends or public holidays
  • Circumstances outside of our control

Orders placed after cut-off times may be dispatched the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Tang Towels cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
